Biography

Henry Bett lived from 1876 to 1953. During his lifetime, he authored a variety of works on a broad range of topics. He wrote about the history of nursery rhymes. A description of English myths and traditions was another work of Bett. The origin and history of some children's games were also explored by Bett. Perhaps his most widely read work is The Hymns of Methodism in Their Literary Relations. Additionally, Bett wrote about medieval philosophy.
