Biography

Alexander C. Rutherford was born on February 2, 1857. His upbringing and education led him to scholarly pursuits in theology. At two different venues in Scotland, Rutherford delivered three lectures on the Doctrine of Election. The lectures were recognized by those in Greenock and Glasgow as cogent and practical explanations. The lectures were published shortly thereafter. Rutherford passed away on June 11, 1941.
